In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coordinate and lead swim lessons, aquatics programs and lifeguard programs that help keep our community safe, active, and connected. The position also supports daily operations, supervises staff and maintains facility standards. From teaching life-saving swim skills to creating fun, welcoming experiences for kids, families, and seniors, your work will have a lasting impact every day. This fun, flexible position pays $18.00 - $20.00 an hour and offers a generous benefits package that includes excellent health, dental, vision, and hearing insurance as well as generous paid time off that includes 10 days of vacation per year, 12 sick days per year (6 of which can be taken like vacation days), 12 paid holidays, 2 personal days, and the ability to earn an additional 2 days of PTO through our wellness program.
