About The Position

This position coordinates assigned Aquatics Center operations and supervises assigned staff. The role requires the ability to perform work commonly associated with high school-level education and enough experience to understand subordinate positions, answer questions, and resolve problems. The listed licenses and certifications must be held or obtained by the date of hire and maintained throughout employment.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the work of subordinate positions and answer questions and resolve problems, usually associated with one to three years of experience or service.
• Possession of an Ellis & Associates Lifeguard license, Ellis & Associates Swimming Instructor Certification, Community First Aid and Safety certification, and Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation/AED certifications, or ability to obtain them by the date of hire.
• Ability to maintain certifications and licenses throughout employment.
