About The Position

Torch Fitness, a division of Valet Living, is seeking an enthusiastic Aqua Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, high-energy 45-minute fitness classes at Haven at Lewisville Lake, a community for active aging residents (55+). The instructor will guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun group fitness or aqua fitness workouts, fostering a sense of community and well-being. This role offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, creative control over classes, and professional development opportunities, with Torch Fitness handling marketing and logistics.

Requirements

• Experienced in leading group fitness classes (Aqua Fitness)
• CPR and AED certified (required)
• Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance

Nice To Haves

• Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun group fitness or aqua fitness workouts
• Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
• Use digital tools to clock in and track attendance
• Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
• Build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
