Their expertise lies in crafting workouts that are not only effective but also tailored to accommodate various skill levels and intensity preferences within each class. Requirements
- Must hold a nationally recognized certification in their specialty area
- CPR/AED Certified
- Perform duties with positive attitude and professionalism
- Be able to work within a team
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Dedicated to improving your own skills and knowledge
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift to 40 pounds
Responsibilities
- Be a welcoming first impression of GreatLIFE
- Knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and provide a high-quality Member experience
- Develop and teach group fitness class-transitioning, queuing, timing, stamina and mobility to teach class, ability to teach a wide variety of members with varying levels of fitness
- Connect with class participants before and after class
- Relay information to members about upcoming promotions and events
