About The Position
Apprentice Technician role focused on problem-solving repairs that typically take less than an hour. This role involves using creativity and hands-on skills to perform surface repairs. The job offers a direct four-week track to becoming a Surface Repair Technician.
Requirements
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
- Must have valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
