About The Position

First-year Roto-Rooter service technicians can expect to earn $55,000 on average, with pay increasing quickly with each year of experience. The company provides an initial 12 weeks of paid training plus continual training in its plumbing school. Apprentices will earn while they learn the trade, and Roto-Rooter will guide them through the plumber licensing process to help them advance.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Utilize skills to provide effective solutions for plumbing and drain issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Diagnose issues and offer cost estimates to finalize the transaction
- Make the necessary repairs for the customer
- Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smart phone
- Collect payment and move on to the next service call
