About The Position

This role is for an Apprentice Plumber who will provide exceptional customer service, produce high-quality work, and support the plumbing team with installations, diagnostics, and repairs. The apprentice will learn and adhere to safety protocols, develop technical skills through hands-on experience and training, and maintain job site organization. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with insurability through Vredevoogd’s insurance carrier.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings, as well as a comprehensive national background check.
• Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in a variety of conditions, including Michigan’s changing weather.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must live within 45 minutes of Grand Rapids.
