Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in plumbing or related fields is a plus.
• Strong desire to learn and develop skills in plumbing.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with using tools.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to ask questions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers in the installation and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and apply basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols while on job sites.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Help keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Attend training sessions and participate in educational opportunities to enhance plumbing skills.
