Apprentice Plumber
About The Position
Roto-Rooter is hiring an Apprentice Plumber/service technician to diagnose and resolve plumbing and drain issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. A service call includes diagnosing the problem, providing a cost estimate, completing necessary repairs, documenting estimates and invoices in writing and on a provided smartphone, collecting payment, and proceeding to the next call. No prior plumbing experience is necessary. Roto-Rooter provides 12 weeks of paid initial training, ongoing training through its plumbing school, and guidance through the plumber licensing process. First-year service technicians can expect to earn an average of $55,000, with pay increasing quickly with experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Mechanical aptitude is desirable.
- Prior plumbing experience is not necessary.
