About The Position

The Pokagon Band Apprenticeship program is a 12-week program for Pokagon Band citizens seeking to gain knowledge and experience within the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Government. This is an on-site position with an hourly rate of $17. The apprenticeship is scheduled from August 31, 2026, to November 20, 2026. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Housing and Community Development department while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Assist callers and walk-in clients with housing-related inquiries and information.
• Receive and process tenant rental payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all housing programs and rental properties.
