Acura Apprentice Express Technician
About The Position
The Apprentice Express Technician performs vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Duties include minor maintenance such as changing engine oil and filters, inspecting tires, brakes, and fluid levels, and communicating appropriate repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison. The position is with Atlantic Coast Acura, part of Lithia & Driveway. Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent and at least 18 years old. The workplace is drug-free, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
- Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, including vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented approach and focus on exemplary customer service.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as an express or quick-lube technician.
Responsibilities
