About The Position

As the Specialist, Facilities, you will provide support to an assigned region of restaurants through Preventative Maintenance Site Audits and reactionary requests helping deliver an environment of World Class Food Safety and an Excellent Guest Experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Clean Motor Vehicle Report
0-1 years’ experience in related field
1+ year(s) of experience in the restaurant industry
Mechanically inclined
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to use ladders on a frequent basis.
Must be able to work independently for much of the day.
Must be able to plan and organize schedules and stick to the plan.
Must be able to effectively c ommunicate through email and or phone conversations.

Nice To Haves

Trade School Certificate preferred
EPA Certification preferred
Overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform four Preventative Maintenance Site Audits in each assigned location annually
Complete reactionary service calls in a timely and cost-effective manner
Continue to learn additional trades contributing to higher in-house repairs
Partner with local and national vendors to ensure work is completed is to Chipotle s ' standards
Collaborate with sub-regional leadership team to have a unified purpose and vision inside our locations
Manage direct M&R budget of assigned locations
Work directly with Apprentice F acilities M anager or Facilities manager to identify capital improvement needs.
Get quotes for such items and after installation validate quality and workmanship
Source , organize and track parts and inventory for needed repairs
Manage Service Channel requests to ensure all items are entered and closed out correctly, give SC training to restaurants when needed
Partner with Facilit ies Support Team to ensure requests are assigned and completed in efficient manner
Meet all administrative deadlines when it comes to mileage, Pcards , Inventories, and Tru-ups.
