About The Position
As an Apprentice Bartender at Mandalay Bay, you will learn the craft of mixology while delivering unforgettable guest experiences in a lively resort setting. You will support bartenders by preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar runs smoothly during service. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on training in cocktail preparation, guest interaction, and bar operations. Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume resort setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper set up, labeling, stocking and delivery of alcohol, non‐alcoholic beverages, supplies, glasses, paper products, garnishes, and ice while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist the bartender with the preparation of drinks, mixes, and garnishes while maintaining sufficient stock of all items.
- Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs, and respond effectively to guest inquiries
