Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook
• Work varied shifts, to include weekend and holidays
• Formal culinary training preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food to Chef standards with proper recipes, portions, and garnishes
• Set up and operate assigned workstation, ensuring quality and consistency before serving
• Maintain food safety and sanitation by following health standards and proper storage procedures
• Support closing duties and delegate tasks as directed by the Chef team
