Requirements

Strong interest in pursuing a career as an automotive technician
Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn advanced vehicle systems
Commitment to quality workmanship and professional development
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-based environment
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
High School graduate or equivalent required; 18 years or older.
Basic hand tools preferred (more tools as skills progress)

Enrollment in or completion of an automotive technology program

Responsibilities

Assist certified technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections
Learn Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems, tools, and repair processes
Document work performed on repair orders accurately and thoroughly
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs
Collaborate with the service team to deliver an exceptional ownership experience
