You will conduct diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems, including brakes, engines, and electrical components, using computerized tools to isolate faults. This role provides consistent exposure to reconditioning and repair work in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do mindset
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and ability to use power and hand-held equipment
  • Valid Canadian Driver's license and a safe driving history

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or interest in diesel and transmission work is an asset
  • Oil change & tire experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Perform oil & filter changes
  • Sell lubrication, safety inspections, and related services
  • Conduct complete multi-point inspections and present findings to the Service Advisor
  • Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires as required
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
  • Inspect hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, and other critical components
  • Road test vehicles and use computerized diagnostics to identify and isolate faults
  • Adjust, repair, or replace components including fuel systems, brakes, steering and suspension, engine and drivetrain, emissions, cooling, climate control, and electrical systems
