About The Position

This role involves assisting with the construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground transmission lines. The apprentice will perform assigned duties in accordance with established training levels, safety standards, and operational procedures. This position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights, while adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
• Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

• Fundamental understanding of the electrical transmission system preferred.
• Enrollment in or completion of an apprentice lineman program preferred.
• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
