Our Appreciation team supports that by preparing specialized gifts for borrowers during their loan process. As an Appreciation Coordinator, you use information collected from the loan team to order, manage, prep, and ship gifts to our borrowers. You’ll be part of a team that’s supportive, collaborative, and focused on making each other better every day.

Responsibilities

Managing our gift and purchase requests, making sure everything flows smoothly from start to finish.
Helping with getting borrower gifts out the door, from ordering and tracking them to making sure they get shipped right on time.
Keeping tabs on our monthly spending and handling all the expense reports.
Teaming up with our Appreciation crew to pick out and buy awesome items for our gift inventory.
Prepping gifts in big batches to help the team work super efficiently.
Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) and help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
