About The Position

Appraisal Process Internship – East Lansing, MI This is a paid Internship with an hourly rate of $20/hr Duration: May 2027 – August 2027 Location: Based in our East Lansing, MI office, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the local community while being an integral part of our organization. Requirements

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Sophomore status or above in your academic program.
• A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
• Strong interest in or prior experience working in the agricultural and/or real estate sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Majors in business or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a foundational understanding of the agricultural and rural real estate appraisal profession.
• Supports the Appraisal Department through workflow analysis, AI and automation initiatives, data analytics, and process improvement projects.
• Assists with identifying efficiency opportunities, testing emerging technologies, researching property data solutions, and developing tools that improve appraisal quality, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
