Position Overview:
We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist (Setter / Opener) to generate new opportunities by connecting with homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
This is a field-based, entry-to-mid level sales role focused on lead generation and appointment setting, not management.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
• Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

Nice To Haves

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in assigned areas (door-to-door outreach)
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Clearly communicate the value of our services to potential clients
• Track your daily activity and performance
• Represent the company with professionalism and energy in the field
