About The Position

American Income Life is an international organization serving working families across the United States, Canada, and New Zealand, as well as New York through its wholly owned subsidiary, National Income Life Insurance Company. Since 1951, American Income Life has focused on helping working families access life, accident, and supplemental health benefit solutions. We work with members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families. Our representatives build long-term relationships with clients and provide personalized service through virtual, work-from-home appointments.

Requirements

Ability to distribute benefit enrollment materials and assist with determining eligibility.
Ability to schedule and conduct appointments with clients.
Ability to handle incoming client and customer service inquiries.
Ability to respond promptly to client calls and follow-up requests.
Ability to assist clients with coverage requests while keeping their individual needs and interests in mind.
Ability to use our Needs Analysis system to identify client needs and explain available coverage options.
Ability to maintain accurate client information and enrollment documentation.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training with management to stay informed about products, services, policies, and procedures.
