Requirements

No experience needed. We train from the ground up.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Proven track record of adapting to various tasks and responsibilities to meet team goals.
Strong interpersonal skills to assist in training and developing new team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
Experience in face-to-face customer interactions, particularly in explaining product benefits.

Nice To Haves

Experience in General Labor is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to hit sales goals on time and to the highest quality standards.
Assist in training and developing new team members
Communicate with customers face-to-face to inform them about the benefits of going solar, including government incentives they are entitled to.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any issues or concerns promptly.
Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project demands.
