In this role, you will work with members who have requested information about available supplemental benefit programs. There is no cold calling and no door-to-door sales. Our organization partners with unions, associations, and member groups across North America to help provide benefit information and support to working families. As a representative, you will schedule appointments, meet with clients virtually, explain available options, and help families choose programs that fit their needs. Full training is provided, so previous industry experience is not required. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, coachable, and interested in building a career with long-term growth potential. If you enjoy helping others, working independently, and being rewarded for your effort, this could be a strong fit.
