About The Position

We’re hiring a highly organized and communication-focused Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings and support sales pipeline growth for a fast-growing business. This role is focused on outbound outreach, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, CRM management, and sales coordination. You’ll engage prospects through phone calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. If you’re confident communicating with prospects, managing schedules, and keeping pipelines organized — this role is a strong fit.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales support, inside sales, customer-facing roles, or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Calendly, Google Calendar, Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars and time zones.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams.
  • Familiarity with Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or marketing agencies.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN, Challenger.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement & Outreach: Reach out to prospects through phone calls, email, LinkedIn. Qualify leads based on role, company type, industry fit, business need. Confirm interest before scheduling meetings. Support outbound lead generation and pipeline activity.
  • Appointment Setting & Scheduling: Schedule meetings using Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendar, Outlook. Manage scheduling across multiple time zones. Send confirmations, reminders, reschedules, follow-ups. Ensure clean calendar coordination and booking accuracy.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM. Log outreach activity, appointment updates, notes, follow-up status. Keep pipeline records clean and organized.
  • Sales Team Coordination: Work closely with SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives. Provide clean handoff notes and prospect context. Align on target accounts, lead quality, outreach feedback. Help improve outreach messaging and appointment quality.
  • Performance Tracking: Track calls made, emails sent, appointments booked, show rates. Identify gaps in conversion or attendance rates. Support improvements in scheduling and outreach performance.
