About The Position

Dumarey group is seeking a motivated and articulate Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is based at our location in Michigan Center, Michigan, United States. As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for many potential clients and will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is a superb communicator with a professional telephone manner and a resilient, target-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional, confident, and courteous telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
• A strong determination to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from targeted lists and databases.
• Clearly and persuasively articulate the company's value proposition to generate interest.
• Qualify leads against established criteria to ensure they are a suitable match for our services.
• Secure and schedule qualified appointments for the senior sales team.
• Maintain an organised pipeline and accurately document all client interactions and lead information in our CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments set.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead handover process and to refine lead generation strategies.
