Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort using basic technology and online tools
- Good organization, time management, and personal accountability
- Ability to manage your own schedule while staying consistent with goals
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and growth-focused mindset
- Ability to pass a standard background check

Responsibilities
- Connect with union members by phone, Zoom, or video appointments
- Review requested benefits and explain available coverage options in a simple, professional way
- Help families identify solutions that fit their individual needs
- Provide follow-up support and ongoing service to build long-term trust
- Participate in mentorship, coaching, and leadership development
- Contribute to a positive, goal-focused team culture
