We are currently expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals to help connect clients with benefit specialists through scheduled virtual appointments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, staying organized, and helping guide interested clients through the first step of the process. You will be contacting individuals who have requested information, confirming their details, answering basic questions, and booking them for a short Zoom appointment. No previous industry experience is required. Full training and support are provided.
