About The Position

BNB Investor Academy helps investors turn short-term rentals into cash flow within 90 days. The company offers a backend Boardroom Offer for investors with performing properties to maximize revenue, tighten operations, and expand their investment portfolio. The sales team consists of 17 members, including Setters, Closers, and Sales Managers, with a CRO. The infrastructure is established, and systems are in place for growth. This role is for a remote high-ticket Setter who wants to join a proven system and scale with an existing team. The company is currently generating $700k-$1M per month and aims to reach $2M per month. The role involves being the first touchpoint in the client journey, acting as a filter and standard for qualified buyers. The long-term objective is to bring 1,000 people into the backend Board Room Offer by consistently bringing in qualified buyers who meet the company's standards.

Requirements

• US/Canadian national/resident.
• Experience as a high-ticket Setter.
• Understanding of HT frameworks/sales processes.
• Ability to qualify prospects properly.
• Experience with pipeline management.
• Ability to move revenue.
• Ability to work 8 hours/day.
• Ability to work in the US Timezone (8am-5pm).

• Ability to learn how to benefit and profit from accessing investment opportunities in the short-term rental space.

Responsibilities

• Book qualified calls for closers.
• Act as the first touchpoint in the client journey.
• Filter and qualify prospects.
• Update projections, tracking sheets, and CRM.
• Participate in daily sales team trainings and huddles.
• Conduct 150 dials per day.
• Achieve 100 qualified booked calls per month (5 per day).
• Maintain a 65% show rate for booked calls.
• Achieve a set/close ratio above 10%.
• Generate 6-7 set closes minimum after ramping up.
• Bring in $120k-$140k/mo in revenue.

• Commission: $500 per set (Set/closes 1-5), $600 per set (Set/closes 6-10), $700 per set (Set/closes 11+)
