About The Position

Stretch Zone, the nation's leader in practitioner led - assisted stretching, is looking for a motivated, energetic, and organized Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative to help drive new member growth across our Long Island studios. This is a hybrid position that combines remote work with in-studio responsibilities, offering flexibility while keeping you connected to a high-performing team. High performers will have the opportunity to earn company-sponsored certification to become a Stretch Zone Certified Practitioner, opening the door to even greater earning potential and long-term career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and follow up with prospective members who have expressed interest in Stretch Zone.
• Convert leads into scheduled introductory stretch appointments (demos).
• Build excitement and educate prospects about the benefits of practitioner led - assisted stretching.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from phone, website, and social media.
• Schedule appointments and maximize studio calendars.
• Complete daily studio operational checklists and administrative tasks.
• Support multiple studio locations as needed.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and consistent follow-up with every lead.
• Assist with social media engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with leadership to improve lead conversion and member experience.
