This hybrid role combines remote work with in-studio responsibilities, offering flexibility while fostering connection with a high-performing team. Responsibilities

  • Call, text, and follow up with prospective members who have expressed interest in Stretch Zone.
  • Convert leads into scheduled introductory stretch appointments (demos).
  • Build excitement and educate prospects about the benefits of practitioner led - assisted stretching.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from phone, website, and social media.
  • Schedule appointments and maximize studio calendars.
  • Complete daily studio operational checklists and administrative tasks.
  • Support multiple studio locations as needed.
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes and consistent follow-up with every lead.
  • Assist with social media engagement and local marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with leadership to improve lead conversion and member experience.
