Stretch Zone, a leader in practitioner-led assisted stretching, is seeking a motivated, energetic, and organized Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative to drive new member growth across its Long Island studios. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-studio responsibilities, offering flexibility while fostering connection with a high-performing team. Responsibilities
- Call, text, and follow up with prospective members who have expressed interest in Stretch Zone.
- Convert leads into scheduled introductory stretch appointments (demos).
- Build excitement and educate prospects about the benefits of practitioner led - assisted stretching.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from phone, website, and social media.
- Schedule appointments and maximize studio calendars.
- Complete daily studio operational checklists and administrative tasks.
- Support multiple studio locations as needed.
- Maintain detailed CRM notes and consistent follow-up with every lead.
- Assist with social media engagement and local marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to improve lead conversion and member experience.
