Requirements

Strong communication and people skills
You're competitive, coachable, and don't need someone to motivate you every morning
You can handle rejection and come back the next day ready to go
No dialing experience required. Experience matters. Attitude matters more.

Responsibilities

Outbound texting and dialing using a structured system
Engaging homeowners in a clear, natural way
Setting qualified appointments for our field team
