About The Position

Minnesota Urology is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to support our patient-focused operations and help ensure a seamless experience from the first point of contact, with two positions, one in Robbinsdale and the other in Brooklyn Park Clinic. In this role, you will be a key part of the patient journey-using your communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to connect patients with the care they need. Hourly pay range: $18.80 - $23.50 per hour (Dependent on direct healthcare appointment scheduling experience)

Responsibilities

Manage patient appointments by answering incoming calls, assessing patient needs, and coordinating visits based on provider availability and patient preferences.
Update and maintain accurate patient records.
Utilize electronic health record systems to schedule appointments, document information, and send reminders.
Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts.
Follow up on patient inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support daily operations.
Contribute to a welcoming, patient-centered environment by addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
