About The Position

As Steele Chevrolet's next Appointment Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them book appointments, answer questions, and navigate their service experience with confidence. You'll be at the heart of the customer journey, creating a welcoming first impression and helping our service team deliver an experience customers can count on.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, or administrative experience (automotive industry experience is a plus)
• Strong and efficient communication skills, along with problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask while managing your time effectively
• Handle our customer information with discretion
• Detail-oriented and bring a positive attitude to our team

Responsibilities

• Respond to and address customer queries in a timely, accurate and professional way, via phone, email or any channel our customer chooses to interact with the Client Care Center
• Coordinate with our service team to ensure efficient scheduling, feedback and future needs
• Ensure that Customer Satisfaction Index targets are exceeded by collaborating with our dealerships
• Accurately document customer details in all appropriate systems and tools so that customers are supported seamlessly throughout their Steele Auto Group Service Experience.
