About The Position
Culligan Water is seeking a friendly, dependable team member for a full-time Appointment Coordinator & Customer Outreach Specialist role in Harrisonburg, VA. This is an entry-level, trainable position with no prior marketing experience required. The role focuses on providing helpful information to prospective customers, scheduling appointments for Sales Representatives, and offering friendly, professional support. While it involves regular phone communication, it is not a high-pressure sales environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Requirements
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day.
- Willingness to learn—this is an entry-level, trainable position.
- Organized with good attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or office experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound phone calls/texts/emails to prospective customers using a provided script (training provided).
- Schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly, professional support.
- Confirm and update scheduled appointments.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and lead information.
- Assist with basic marketing and administrative support tasks.
