  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI solutions for content production (copy, design, or both).
  • Experience presenting to and interfacing with clients and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of what makes effective copy (tone, structure, brand voice) and strong design (composition, hierarchy, brand systems).
  • Experience working across the full GenAI lifecycle: prompt engineering, model selection, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Hands-on experience with AI content tools such as Jasper, Weavy, OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, ComfyUI, or equivalent.
  • Confidence working across disciplines, collaborating with designers, copywriters, strategists, developers, and clients.

  • Familiarity with multi-agent architectures, prompt chaining, and workflow orchestration (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, or custom builds).
  • Experience working within a creative agency.
  • Interests in merging narrative and visual craft with automation, efficiency, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement data-driven creative solutions tailored to client challenges, leveraging predictive models and AI technologies to deliver business value.
  • Consult and guide clients by defining AI use cases, validating ideas through proof of concepts (POCs), and deploying scalable production-ready systems.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end design and copy AI systems, with focus on scalability, observability and continuous optimization of model performance.
  • Develop multi-agent and AI workflows, built from scratch or using low-code tools, that reliably orchestrate data, tools, and context into production-grade solutions.
  • Work closely with back-end engineers, front-end developers, DevOps, strategists and clients, taking a leading role in aligning efforts to deliver impactful design and copy solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including progress updates, demos and presentations.
  • Research latest trends in AI and machine learning to build scalable copywriting and design processes that maintain brand standards.
  • Proactively find opportunities for innovation and efficiency to drive extra business value through emerging technology and systems.
  • Build AI-assisted visual content workflows using tools such as Weavy, ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, Flux, and Midjourney.
  • Audit existing creative workflows across copy and design to identify automation opportunities that accelerate production without sacrificing quality or brand integrity.
  • Lead and support new business pitches and client growth efforts across generative AI and creative automation, shaping solution approaches, contributing to narrative development, and delivering compelling demonstrations that communicate the value of scalable content production.
