Applications Support Analyst

Filtereasy LLCβ€’Wilson, NC

About The Position

FilterEasy is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to ensure the seamless flow of data across our enterprise ecosystem. Working closely with our Applications Support team, you will be a key guardian of data integrity between NetSuite, Oracle Cloud WMS, BigCommerce, and our custom AWS applications. This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of technology and business operations. Your primary mission is to identify system discrepancies, validate that data syncs are performing accurately, and work alongside stakeholders in Operations, Finance, and Marketing to turn their needs into a structured roadmap for our developers. This role includes participation in a shared on-call rotation to support 24/7 manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Applications Support, Business Systems Analysis, or a related technical-operational role.
  • Direct experience supporting enterprise-grade platforms (ERP, WMS, or eCommerce).
  • A natural talent for spotting patterns and identifying where data doesn't "look right."
  • Proven ability to build relationships with various departments, from warehouse staff to accountants.
  • Experience managing a backlog or project list using tools like Jira, Monday.com, or similar.
  • Strong ability to document technical issues clearly for developers while providing concise status updates to business stakeholders.
  • Comfort running basic SQL queries or data lookups to validate records and investigate discrepancies.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AWS, NetSuite, Oracle Cloud WMS, or BigCommerce.
  • Basic understanding of how data moves between systems (via middleware like Boomi or API-based architectures).
  • Background in e-commerce, subscription services, or manufacturing/logistics is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular checks to ensure data (orders, inventory, financial records) matches perfectly between BigCommerce, NetSuite, Oracle Cloud WMS, and custom AWS tools.
  • Act as the "early warning system" for the technical team by identifying sync failures or data drifts.
  • Once a technical issue is identified, document the symptoms and collaborate with the appropriate developers to see the resolution through to completion.
  • As system modules are updated or migrated to new AWS infrastructure, serve as the primary validator to ensure "business as usual" data accuracy.
  • Support three primary internal pillars: Operations (50%), Finance/Accounting (40%), and Marketing (10%).
  • Meet with department leads to understand operational bottlenecks and translate those into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Maintain and prioritize the platform enhancement backlog, ensuring developers are working on the items that provide the highest value to the business.
  • Organize and lead User Acceptance Testing, ensuring that new features meet the original business requirements before they go live.
  • Partner with fellow tech team members to learn the nuances of the FilterEasy tech stack and maintain internal documentation.
  • Participate in a shared on-call rotation with two other team members (expanding to a 4-person rotation in 2027) to support 24/7 manufacturing and warehouse operations.
