This position is part of the Scientific Applications Support Department located in Coralville, Iowa, Raleigh, NC, or Boulder, CO and will be onsite. At IDT, we are one global team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Communicate with and support customers, in a timely manner, to provide pre- and post-sales technical support for a growing product offering Answer customer inquiries received by phone, email, and chat and document all customer interactions in IDT’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database Troubleshoot product use and applications by using customer provided data and information, as well as IDT sales and manufacturing databases Support the complaint triage and investigation process and assists with complaint resolution by determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting resolution to the customer’s satisfaction Handle the intake and completion of custom design requests
