The role also administers and supports organizational platforms such as WordPress, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform. WordPress duties include updates, backups, security and performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams and vendors. The position ensures compliance with organizational policies, supports efficient office procedures, maintains professional development, and performs other related duties as required. The role may work from home regularly but must be able to commute to The Carter Center on a flexible weekly schedule based on business needs and agreed guidelines.
