Requirements

Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Computer Engineering preferred
Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscope, protocol analyzers
Experience in embedded system design or applications
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to adapt to new technologies and designs
Ability to work with customers to understand their requirements

Responsibilities

Develop and customize firmware for Type-C and USB-PD reference designs
Validate firmware and hardware against customer requirements
Perform Interoperability and compliance tests on reference and customer designs
Co-develop and help strategic customers design and build USB Type-C and Power Delivery interfaces into their systems
Hands-on debugging of Interface products and Microcontroller products
Hands-on lab experience for board bring-up and debugging of analog circuits, voltage regulators, and power distribution circuits
Understanding of various host interfaces: USB, I2C, UART, SPI, etc
