Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Computer Engineering preferred
  • Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscope, protocol analyzers
  • Experience in embedded system design or applications
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and designs
  • Ability to work with customers to understand their requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize firmware for Type-C and USB-PD reference designs
  • Validate firmware and hardware against customer requirements
  • Perform Interoperability and compliance tests on reference and customer designs
  • Co-develop and help strategic customers design and build USB Type-C and Power Delivery interfaces into their systems
  • Hands-on debugging of Interface products and Microcontroller products
  • Hands-on lab experience for board bring-up and debugging of analog circuits, voltage regulators, and power distribution circuits
  • Understanding of various host interfaces: USB, I2C, UART, SPI, etc
