About The Position

The Applications Development Analyst (Advanced) role requires strong technical mastery with deep expertise in core languages/frameworks (e.g., .NET/C#, Java, or Python) and a broad understanding of the technical ecosystem. The role involves agnostic problem-solving to select the right tools for the job, managing data transfers between multi-platform applications, leveraging Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools, and designing clean APIs. This position also focuses on identifying and managing technical debt, understanding the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), and playing a key role in technical scoping, estimation, and risk mitigation. The analyst will guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural discussions, and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Championing documentation, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

• Strong technical mastery with deep expertise in core languages/frameworks (e.g., .NET/C#, Java, or Python).
• Broad understanding of the technical ecosystem (frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure).
• Agnostic problem solving to select the right tool for the job based on performance, maintainability, and business alignment.
• Minimum of 7 years in multiple IT areas requiring advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of application systems design and integrations.
• Experience working on projects in multiple technologies and functions.
• Expertise in analysis, research, and documentation.
• Expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Advanced to expert level knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Advanced to expert level knowledge in web platform development.
• Advanced to expert level knowledge in data modeling.
• Advanced to expert level knowledge in communication skills.
• State experience needed.

• Manage data transfers between multi-platform applications.
