About The Position

We are seeking an Applications Developer - Oracle TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service) to oversee the entire life cycle of a software application, creating the design, coding it, and testing the product for functionality and errors, while ensuring that user needs, performance requirements and security standards are met. Developer should also be able to support the application during monthly/quarterly close cycle.

Requirements

Associate degree in a related field of study.
5+ years of experience with tax software, preferably TRCS
Knowledge of EPM software development and a proactive approach to feature enhancements.
Experience working with tax reporting teams to implement and maintain tax reporting processes, including data collection, tax provision calculations, and compliant reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills, quick learning ability, and experience troubleshooting technical issues across cloud and on-prem environments.

Nice To Haves

Understanding or prior experience in FCCS including workflow, business rules, reporting, and Smart View.
Experience with system usage monitoring and production troubleshooting.
Proficiency in support functions including problem investigation, development, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

Supports and assists senior developers in developing codes, tests and debugs of software programs and enhancements to meet project plan goals.
Lead Oracle TRCS enhancement activities across a senior-level portfolio
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate system performance and reliable financial reporting output.
Drive process optimization, issue resolution, and system enhancements by translating business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and reporting capabilities.
Provides technical support to internal clients on existing problems, escalates as appropriate.
