Requirements

• Radiologic Technologist Degree/Diploma, CAMRT certification in Good Standing required.
• 3+ years of technical user experience in related Radiology disciplines (e.g., CT, MR, US, CR, DR and Diagnostic Radiography)
• Fundamental knowledge of Radiology workflow and departmental operations.
• A working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Individual will exhibit a professional appearance and be effective with oral presentation.
• Self motivated
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities and to adapt to changes.
• Ability to demonstrate independent decision making and work both independently and as a team member to achieve customer satisfaction and Carestream Health business objectives.
• Strong customer relations and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able and willing to travel extensively with valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Carestream equipment experience desired but not required
• Experience utilizing C-Arm systems in operating room, pain management or urology settings

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and implementing activities required to provide customer training, system workflow integration and image quality consultation for Carestream Health Imaging products.
• On-site customer training.
• Working closely with clinicians and professional staff to ensure proper and efficient operation of Carestream products.
• Primarily supported products are Carestream portfolio systems which include but are not limited to the DRX Retrofit system, Revolution portable, Evolution, and Compass DR systems.
