This position is under RSSW, a division of Unimax specializing in the import, sale, and distribution of steel and alloy wheels for passenger cars and light trucks. The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and adjusting business development strategies aligned with RSSW Wheels’ corporate objectives and expansion plans across Western Canada. This role involves identifying and developing new markets and customer segments, proactively representing the company to increase brand presence, and conducting competitive analysis. The Territory Manager will maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, develop new strategic partnerships, and ensure regular follow-up with key accounts to maximize their growth potential. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales performance, using CRM tools for pipeline management, advising clients on products, providing technical support, and training clients on products and best practices. Collaboration with internal teams (product, marketing, logistics) is essential for ensuring a fast and effective response.
