This position is responsible for coordinating and implementing activities required to provide customer training, system workflow integration and image quality consultation for Carestream Health Imaging products. Additional responsibilities include on-site customer training, working closely with clinicians and professional staff to ensure proper and efficient operation of Carestream products. Products primarily supported are Direct Radiography systems which include but is not limited to the DRX-1 Retrofit system, Revolution portable, Evolution, and Compass DR systems. This position involves extensive travel throughout the U.S. Ideal candidate location is in the Western U.S. near a major airport. (Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada)

Requirements

  • Radiologic Technologist Degree, A.R.R.T. certification in Good Standing required
  • 3+ years of experience in related Radiology disciplines (e.g., CT, MR, US, CR, DR and Diagnostic Radiography)
  • Fundamental knowledge of Radiology workflow and departmental operations
  • A working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications to include Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Individual will exhibit a professional appearance and be effective with oral and written communication
  • Self motivated
  • Ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities and to adapt to changes
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve customer satisfaction and Carestream business objectives.
  • Strong customer relations and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able and willing to travel extensively with valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Carestream equipment experience desired but not required.
