Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting software issues required.
- Knowledge of DISA STIGS and how to implement required.
- CompTIA Security+ certification required (must show proof of cert prior to interview)
Nice To Haves
- Application installation/configuration/administration experience on Windows-based systems required, experience with large-scale/complex app configuration a plus.
- Active/Interim TS/SSBI clearance desired or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI.
- US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. (requirements to obtain a clearance)
Responsibilities
- Performs the installation, integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration of software applications with specific focus on Windows systems, including: Microsoft Office products Java JRE Visual Studio Raytheon EAGLE
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Provides support through a ticketing system to application owners, developers, and internal/external teams.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
