The Telehealth Analyst position is responsible for providing technical support, configuration, and ongoing maintenance for assigned healthcare applications, clinical video visit solutions, and related technologies throughout their full lifecycle. This includes implementation, testing, training, optimization, support, and maintenance. The role may also manage small to mid-sized projects related to these applications and technologies. This position performs essential functions independently under minimal supervision. The role includes some onsite camera and equipment set up. Additional support and maintenance activities will be performed remotely. Job Details This will be 80% remote and 20% on site work. Business Hours Mon-Fri 8am5pm MT. This includes application selection, implementation, optimization, support, archival, and decommissioning. The role may also manage small to mid-sized projects related to these applications and technologies. As required, the analyst maintains applicable certifications (e.g., Epic). This position performs essential functions independently under minimal supervision. The caregiver is expected to carry out standard duties with limited direction while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
