About The Position
Our client is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide end user PC, software, and courtroom Audio Visual support and troubleshooting for staff and users.
Requirements
- Ability to LEARN the Agency's application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems.
- 2-4 years of experience in the following:
- Experience providing end user PC support to users.
- Experience providing software support to users.
- Experience troubleshooting systems
- Experience with Zoom
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience troubleshooting court Audio Video broadcast/recording technology such as JAVS, BIS
- Experience with Document Management Systems, such as Courts MiFile solution
- Knowledge of SharePoint
Responsibilities
