Requirements
- Degree in business, accounting, construction management, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of general business, accounting, and HR fundamentals.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting software systems and translating complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience in construction or construction accounting.
- Prior exposure to SQL or ERP platforms, especially Spectrum.
- A reputation as the go-to technical problem solver in your current or past teams.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer software issues and provide expert technical guidance for the Spectrum ERP suite.
- Create comprehensive Knowledge Base articles to document troubleshooting solutions and empower customers and team members.
- Utilize advanced problem-solving techniques and Salesforce tracking to maintain high-quality customer success.
- Leverage emerging AI capabilities and modern technical tools to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
