Shimmick is seeking a highly talented Application Support Specialist to be based on site at our Denver, Colorado office. This position provides frontline application support for CMiC Construction Management software, assisting end users with system access, navigation, configuration, and day-to-day process issues. This role serves as a key liaison between business users and IT, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, accurate and timely user access management, and effective support of CMiC modules across finance and operations. The position focuses on managing the full CMiC user account lifecycle, troubleshooting access issues, supporting business processes within CMiC, and escalating complex technical issues to internal teams or the CMiC vendor as required. In addition, this role will work with other members of the IT Department to perform tasks, update documentation, policies, standards, and continuously improve the delivery of IT Services to the company.
