About The Position

GFL is expanding and seeking an Application Support Analyst in Vaughan. This role serves as the frontline administrator and security gatekeeper for core fleet applications (AssetWorks M5 and TMW Suite). The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building and advisory skillsets to bridge the gap between IT systems and operational teams. You will collaborate with Information Technology, Fleet Operations, Shop Technicians, and Dispatch teams to test configurations, manage security, and support shop-floor technology.

Requirements

3+ years in application support, systems administration, or IT helpdesk (preferably within logistics, trucking, or fleet transit).
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience with AssetWorks M5 and/or TMW Suite; experience troubleshooting rugged Android devices in an industrial environment.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, an analytical mindset for security auditing, and a solid conceptual understanding of fleet maintenance workflows.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and French is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Validate all configuration updates, front-end tweaks, and permission changes in test environments before production deployment.
Configure dashboards and screens for M5 and TMW Suite to maximize usability, while triaging incoming helpdesk tickets.
Own user profile creation, modification, and revocation, while regularly auditing Access Control Components (ACC).
Provide hardware and software troubleshooting for ruggedized technician tablets and FuelFocus fueling island controllers.
Partner closely with garage supervisors, dispatchers, and mechanics to translate system data into smooth shop floor workflows.
